Today, several student groups taught their lessons in Spanish. We had fun ordering tacos from one group, playing jeopardy with another, and playing around the world with the other. Homework: None

Friday: Turn in Final Draft of Autobiography. (Continue grammar lesson.) Monday: Turn in 4th quarter journal entries. Today, we returned to grammar after taking a break to quiz ourselves on ch. 8 of Animal Farm yesterday. Yesterday, we had an awesome time with Dr. Gavin learning about Latin. Today, we returned to our class lessons on Spanish. It’s been a lot of fun! Homework: None

Today, we discussed ch. 7 of Animal Farm and continued our discussion of clauses and phrases. Homework: Please read ch. 8 of Animal Farm and continue editing you autobiographies. Reminder: Final Draft due Friday. Please include at least three pictures per chapter and create a unique and aesthetically pleasing cover.

Today, Madame Lewis taught our class! She read The Three Little Pigs to us in French, and taught us about all of the modern uses of French all around the world. It was so much fun!

Today, we focused our lesson on grammar. We learned about phrases and clauses. Homework: Please make sure that you’ve read ch. 4 and 5 of Animal Farm and continue editing your autobiography. For those classes that have received their tests, please get them signed. Thanks!

In class today, we finished up our lessons in French. We also broke up into groups to begin planning student led lessons in Spanish. Homework: None
