Chocolate Filling!!!!!!!
Chocolate filling for tarts…or other things…………
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate 2 c. confectioner’s sugar
2 T. butter 1/8 t. salt
1 c. heavy cream
- Melt the chocolate and butter together….double boiler or in a pan over simmering water!
- Mix together the cream 1 c. of the sugar and salt in a bowl
- Add the melted chocolate/butter to the cream/sugar/salt…
- Beat the mixture
- SLOWLY…GRADUALLY add the second cup of sugar as you beat
- Beat for about ten minutes…or until your arm aches too much
- Filling will get fluffy and light…will look like filling…..
- Will make about 2 ½ cups…..
